Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
